眼看时间慢慢的逼近,今年的中秋也快过去了, 幸亏还赶得及祝大家中秋节快乐!
Let me tell you all about my wonderful Friday with Daddy (and Mummy).
Daddy took leave to keep me company. That's kinduv special. We went to have our "mug shot" taken ... and just try guessing how long this took.
Somehow, I didn't really like the photo studio. I think it was the 'ambience'. The lighting. The 'people'. (blah blah blah, you get the hint?) haha. In any case, I absolutely refused to smile when I sat next to Daddy and Mummy, and the poor uncle tried to humour me with his (old looking) toy ball and his antics. I think he was exasperated. Pity the poor chap.
Oh yes, back to the (old looking) ball. One look was all it took. Just one look and tears started to stream from my eyes. Oops, did I forget to mention I was wailing? Apparently this scared the heck out of the poor uncle. Oh dear, I think he was at his wits' end. Daddy was pretty affected too, cos he has never seen me this way in front of strangers.
Thankfully the uncle managed to get one good shot of myself after Daddy calmed me down by singing my (current) favourite song "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star". Yay, Daddy. In fact, I think it was more amusing seeing Daddy singing the song than hearing the song itself (but please don't tell Daddy, or else he won't sing anymore).
Finally, here's a shot of myself with Mummy and Daddy. Yes, this was the ONLY shot that could be used, cos the others had me in a not-so-agreeable mood i.e. I was either crying or turning away from the camera. Sounds bad, doesn't it? Could you tell from my expression below? :P
Here I am at the Clinic.
For those who are curious as to why I'm a little grouchy, that's because today I'm here to get my jabs.
Arrrgh.
Well, at least I know that today I weigh officially 8.25kg. Hahaha. Daddy is laughing cos he guessed I was 8.30kg while Mummy insisted I was closer to 8.50kg. Daddy won.
Height wise, that has also been an improvement. I now stand at 66.50cm, thats 3cm more than last month. Not bad for a kid who's 5 months and 3 weeks old.
:) Now, to find some way to get out of my next jab visit in 6 weeks' time. You guys got any good ideas? Drop me a comment, it is MUCH appreciated. haha.
Hmmm, thumb-sucking can be quite a good choice to kill time when left alone. Mummy thinks I can be the next spokesperson for "KFC".
;p
Please sit back; relax and turn up the volume of your speakers. We hope the cute and bubbly laughter of Jeremiah which will help to brighten up your stressful day.
